Welcome to InvenTrack: Scan & Track ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by moulmall studios. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. Please read it carefully. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
• Inventory data: product names, SKUs, quantities, prices, categories, and any photos you add.
• Business profile: optional onboarding answers (product type, team size, catalog size) used to personalise your experience.
• Device information: device model, OS version, and crash logs for performance monitoring.
• Usage data: features you interact with, to improve the app experience.

InvenTrack requests access to your device camera solely to scan barcodes and QR codes for adding and identifying products. We do not capture, store, or transmit any camera images or video beyond what you explicitly save as a product photo.

You can deny camera access at any time in your device settings. Scanning features will be unavailable, but all other app features will continue to work normally.

With your permission, InvenTrack sends push notifications for low-stock alerts and inventory recap reminders. You can enable or disable notifications at any time from the app's Notification Settings screen or your device's notification settings. We do not use notifications for marketing purposes without explicit opt-in.

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the inventory management service.
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account.
• Send relevant alerts and in-app notifications.
• Analyse usage patterns and improve app performance.
• Process subscription payments through RevenueCat.
• Display relevant advertisements via Google AdMob.

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

• Supabase — cloud database and authentication. supabase.com/privacy
• RevenueCat — in-app subscription management. revenuecat.com/privacy
• Google AdMob — advertising platform. policies.google.com/privacy

Your data is stored securely using Supabase's encrypted cloud infrastructure. All data transmission between the app and our servers is protected via HTTPS/TLS encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures; however, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account and inventory data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (available from the Profile screen), all associated personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

InvenTrack is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
• Data portability — export your inventory as CSV or PDF directly from the app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
